03 · THE TRANSFORMATION

When something significant has to get done.

Leadership for complex, consequential change — bringing direction, judgement and delivery discipline to M&A, programme rescue, data and AI transformation and major multi-year programmes.

Leadership when the consequences matter

Some programmes are important because they are large. Others are important because getting them wrong carries consequences for the business. These are the situations where experienced leadership matters most.

I bring practical programme leadership to complex change, combining delivery discipline with an understanding of strategy, operating model, people, technology and the dependencies between them.

Situations where this matters

More than programme management

The job is not simply to maintain a plan. It is to understand whether the programme is still solving the right problem, whether the organisation can deliver it, where the real risks sit and what decisions need to be made now.

When a programme is under pressure, the response should be proportionate. Some decisions need immediate intervention. Others need better governance, clearer ownership or simply a more honest assessment of what can be delivered.

Delivery is not measured by activity. It is measured by whether the intended outcome is achieved.
