02 · THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

When the organisation needs to change.

More intensive leadership alongside the C-suite, helping turn strategy into an organisation capable of delivering it — through strategy, organisational design and operating model change.

From ambition to an organisation that can deliver

Strategy is only useful when the organisation can execute it. That means understanding what the business is trying to achieve, what capabilities it needs, how work should be organised and where accountability should sit.

I work alongside the executive team when that work needs more than advice. The role is to help shape the answer, make difficult choices, align the organisation and create the conditions for delivery.

Where the work tends to focus

The organisation should be capable of succeeding without depending on one individual.

How I work

I start by understanding the context rather than imposing a standard model. Experience matters because it helps recognise patterns quickly, but the answer has to fit the organisation in front of us.

That means listening to the people closest to the problem, challenging assumptions when necessary and keeping accountability clear. The objective is not activity. It is a better organisation capable of delivering the intended outcome.
